Miramar requires that residents maintain a renter's insurance policy that includes $100,000 of liability coverage and has the community listed as an additional interest. We do not require personal property renter's insurance, but we do strongly recommend you purchasing this in order to protect your belongings. We set up the water account on your behalf while you set up your electric account at Florida Power and Light (FLP). Windsor at Miramar has a Comcast representative that you can contact directly to set up you cable/internet and telephone services, please reach out to the office for more information.
Applications are completed online through our community website. Visit the Floor Plans page, select the apartment you are interested in and click Apply Now. Application fees and holding deposit are due at the time the application is submitted, more information can be found on our Deposits and Fees page on our website.
We perform a credit and criminal background check on every prospective resident over the age of 18. We require proof of income from every applicant. For income verfication you are able to submit your 2 current paystubs, 6 months of bank statements or an offer letter. Please contact the office for additional information regarding our application process.
We do accept walk-ins, however the leasing office can get very busy. We suggest you make an appointment to ensure a leasing consultant will be available for you. You can easily Schedule a Tour on our website.
