Yes! Our maintenance team is here on-site Monday through Friday for non-emergency requests, and is available to respond to any emergency issues 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You can always stop by the office or call our maintenance hotline at (866) 960-7822 to submit any maintenance requests (emergency or non-emergency). Non-emergency requests can also be made through the Resident Portal.
You do not need to be present for our technicians to perform the work in your home. Please make sure when entering your work order online through the Resident Portal, to check off the "OK to Enter" box.
If you are locked out during business hours, please stop by the leasing office for a key. If it is after hours, emergency maintence would have to be called and a fee would apply.


Windsor at Miramar offers both off-street outdoor complimentary parking as well as a few private garages. Please contact the office directly for additional information regarding our parking policy and garage pricing.
Our community offers a Swimming Pool, Playground, Tennis Court, Fitness Center, Cardio Room, Business Center, Electric Car Charging Station, Car Wash, Dog Park, Racquetball Court and Grilling Stations. Visit our Amenities page on the website for more information.
The pool is open daily from 8 am to 10 pm, 7 days a week.
We are a pet-friendly community that welcomes both cats and dogs of any size. Some breed restrictions may apply. Please visit our Amenities page or contact the leasing office for more details.
Included in every apartment are full sized washer and dryer and all standard kitchen appliances (dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, and electric range and oven).

Windsor at Miramar is close to several grocery store options; 2 miles to Publix, Winn Dixie and Target as well as approx. 4 miles to a Whole Foods Market.


Once all information needed to process the application has been received, final approval generally takes about 24-48 hours.
You can conveniently pay your rent through your Resident Portal. Payments made using your checking or savings account is free, and credit and/or debit cards can be accepted with an additional convenience fee charge. Please contact the office for more information.
Miramar requires that residents maintain a renter's insurance policy that includes $100,000 of liability coverage and has the community listed as an additional interest. We do not require personal property renter's insurance, but we do strongly recommend you purchasing this in order to protect your belongings. Please reach out to the office with any questions or visit our Renter's Insurance page on the website.
We have multiple options for you if you need to terminate your lease. The on-site office staff is happy to review these options and help determine which is best for your particular situation.
Comcast Xfinity, AT&T and Direct TV are the providers for internet and cable service in the community.
We set up the water account on your behalf while you set up your electric account at Florida Power and Light (FLP). Windsor at Miramar has a Comcast representative that you can contact directly to set up you cable/internet and telephone services, please reach out to the office for more information.
You would be responsible for all utilities, including water/sewer/trash and electric.


We are located in the Broward County School District, which is an A-rated school district. The elementary school is Dolphin Bay, Glades Middle School and Everglades High School.
Take I 75 to Miramar Parkway (Exit 7B). Go West on Miramar Parkway to Dykes Road (160th avenue); South on Dykes Road. The community is on your left.

For Future Residents

Applications are completed online through our community website. Visit the Floor Plans page, select the apartment you are interested in and click Apply Now. Application fees and holding deposit are due at the time the application is submitted, more information can be found on our Deposits and Fees page on our website.
We perform a credit and criminal background check on every prospective resident over the age of 18. We require proof of income from every applicant. For income verfication you are able to submit your 2 current paystubs, 6 months of bank statements or an offer letter. Please contact the office for additional information regarding our application process.
Tours are complimentary for all prospects. Contact us today to setup an appointment or Schedule a Tour from our website.
We do accept walk-ins, however the leasing office can get very busy. We suggest you make an appointment to ensure a leasing consultant will be available for you. You can easily Schedule a Tour on our website.
We do offer a Resident Referral program. Consult the Leasing Office for further details.
Prices and lease terms offered may vary. Please contact the leasing office for the most up to date information about pricing. Windsor will only accept 1 month of rent as advanced payment.
